General handyman work
Repairs, installs, doors that stick, shelves that need hanging, the small stuff that never quite gets done.
Serving St. Louis
I'm Chris Cox. I fix, paint, patch, haul, tidy and generally sort out the jobs that pile up on a to-do list — for homeowners, landlords and short-term rental hosts around St. Louis. Straight answers, fair pricing, and work that's actually finished when I say it is.
Happy to take a look and tell you honestly whether it's a job for me.
If it's on this list, it's a normal day. If it isn't, ask anyway — there's a good chance I can still help or point you to someone who can.
Repairs, installs, doors that stick, shelves that need hanging, the small stuff that never quite gets done.
Mid-term and short-term properties reset between guests — repairs, touch-ups and a place that's genuinely ready.
Interior and exterior, prepped properly and cut in clean. Walls, trim, ceilings and the patching that comes first.
Bigger jobs kept on track — scheduling trades, checking the work, and keeping you posted so nothing drifts.
Clean-ups, overgrowth, hauling and general outdoor tidying so the place looks looked-after.

Project manager · Dutchtown Ventures LLC
Alongside handyman work, I'm the project manager for Dutchtown Ventures LLC — which means I'm the one making sure the work on their properties actually happens, on time and to a standard worth paying for.
This one's a historic St. Louis building close to just about everything. Keeping a place like it guest-ready is a steady rhythm of repairs, paint, turnovers and coordinating whoever else needs to be on site — the same things I do for private clients.
If you own a rental and you're tired of chasing people to get things done, that's the part I'm good at.
A few projects I've photographed along the way.
Based in Tower Grove South, working across St. Louis City and the inner ring of the county. Pick your area for what the houses there usually need.
Call or text and tell me what's going on. If it's something I can handle, I'll tell you what it'll take. If it isn't, I'll say that too.
Send photos of the job and I can usually tell you a lot from those.
